Yes, pets are allowed on our campsite. Please keep dogs and cats on a leash and it is nice for everyone if you clean up their droppings immediately. You can collect plastic bags free of charge at the reception. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our rental accommodations.

If you are not yet 18, you can only come camping under the supervision of a parent or other adult. We are a real family campsite and therefore independent camping is not possible for under 19 years old.

Cosy! This is possible for up to 10 people incl. yourself, we do ask for a fee for visitors. (See our rates) For more than 10 people we will gladly reserve a spot for you on our group field. Celebrating your own party with family or friends at your camping spot incl. some background music or silent disco is only possible on our group fields, the music may not be audible to our other guests and may remain on until 23:00 at the latest.

Yes, campfire is part of camping, but in a fire bowl. At our reception we rent fire bowls (your own closed fire bowl is also allowed) and we sell firewood. We also have stones at the reception to protect our beautiful lawn ;-)

Playing, swimming and staying at the lake is at your own risk, there is no supervision. The water quality is checked regularly.

Of course, celebrating is also part of recreation, which is why we regularly have weddings or special parties during the weekends (high season excluded). These last until 00:00 at the latest and you may experience some noise nuisance.

Some security filters see our email address as unsafe, which is why our mail ends up in the spam box. Under settings you can specify our email address as safe so that you don't miss any messages from us.

We offer 6 amps of electricity, for this you need a special camping plug, these are also for sale in our camping shop at the reception.

Unfortunately not, our location is extremely suitable for overnight stays and that is why we only offer this in combination with overnight stays.

Of course, some (background) music is part of it, but our location is not suitable for loud (amplified) music.

Because Buitengoed de Boomgaard is designated as an outdoor location, there are clear restrictions regarding the sound level. Buitengoed de Boomgaard has its own sound system with limiter, on which you can install your own music, iPhone or other device and have it played over this sound system.

If you choose a DJ, he or she must also plug his or her equipment into the sound system at Buitengoed de Boomgaard.

If you want loud music during your party, Buitengoed de Boomgaard is unfortunately not the right location.

At our Food and Drinks pavilion we organize something for everyone, from breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night snack. Own catering is unfortunately not allowed, but feel free to contact us for the possibilities from our pavilion.

No, only our camper places are paved so in case of long-term bad weather these are the best places for campers. Of course you can also book a regular camping place with a camper, which is nice if you come with a group :)

In case of cancellations we apply the recron conditions . Any cancellations can only be communicated in writing. In case of cancellation, you as a guest pay a fee that depends on the moment you cancel in relation to your arrival date:

• More than 3 months before the start date 15% of the agreed price

• Within 2 to 3 months before the start date 50% of the agreed price

• Within 2 to 1 month before the start date 75% of the agreed price

• Within one month before the start date 90% of the agreed price

• On the day of the start date 100% of the agreed price

• If you cancel your holiday prematurely after the start date, 100% of the agreed price.

We always recommend that you take out travel or cancellation insurance before your holiday.

Unfortunately not, this is only possible on our group field. You can always call last minute if there is still a spot available for 1 night.

This is possible, you can book your own spot online and see if there are two spots available next to each other. Then the other person can book the other available spot themselves.

Would you like to inform us of this in advance? We would like to receive your license plate and the barrier will open automatically by means of license plate recognition. You can then drive to your camping spot yourself (number is on your reservation confirmation and the pole with the number is the middle of the spot).
We are a car-free/low-traffic campsite, so arrival for the camping spots outside reception hours is possible until 20:00 at the latest. Our camper spots at the front of the campsite until 22:00 at the latest.

We do not have any bad weather provision, if you take drinks and snacks from our catering pavilion you can of course sit there dry. The consumption of your own snacks and drinks is not allowed in our catering pavilion.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to consume your own snacks or drinks at our catering pavilion, not even on the terrace.

In the weekends you can only book for a minimum of 2 nights. (you can always call a day in advance to see if there is a last minute place available for one night)

Dogs are unfortunately not allowed at our play pond, day recreation field, but are welcome on the grounds if kept on a leash. In addition to the entrance fee for yourself, we charge €1.50 for your dog
